but, they do not owe the tax to the county anymore, they owe it to you, and you can and should charge them intrest on the money. usually they have a year to redeem the house, after that, its yours. the issue there is that you can't do a damn thing to it for a year. these issues are what we mean when we say, " do your homework". tax sales can be a great source, but you still have to know what you are getting into before you get into it.

it looks like reifax is a florida only property lookup site that may work well for you area list source is used by lots of people on BPin my experience list source is the best going good luck @William Manzie

Not really sure how this translates to the potential of Industrial Storage / Industrial Useage though .On the bldg under consideration of the 65,000 sq ft I am thinking the positive features are the 6 Shipping doors and the ability to drive a tractor trailer inside the bldg if need be . that I would not want to change and I am further thinking that I would save about 5,000 sq ft for that purpose . this is all to the rear of the bldg .
