Hi @James GreenYou should rent a dehumidifier for a few days and get the moisture out of the air.Also, seal off the basement doorway with plastic so there's no way for potential mold affect your tenants.And finally, this is going to happen again, you want to solve the issue.Best to you.

you can find some serious investors at the Court house for Sheriff Sales, but many that come just want to know how it works, or really have no clue whats going on, I see the same guys over and over, they are smart and shrewd,  get to know the local REO Brokers, they know the investors, buy them coffee and chat if you can, dont be their competition,  but their ally, these are just  few ideas for you.
