In the video pres. he mentions insights software, more than likely this is his upsell...Just my 2 pennies 

I believe they are getting bought out and I dont know if this is a temporary hiccup but we are really feeling that based on this we are going to start the process of jumping shift to different online software.  

We ourselves cringe a little if we get handed a property that includes utility reimbursement (just one more thing to do) - but doesn't mean we mismanage...So did they use a software to keep you updated mostly like with the landscaping for example?

-When setting up the company, should we just set up a general partnership OR an LLC S-corp designation (again, we will be beginning with flipping homes but while we await the capital back from our first project, I was looking to jump into a “buy subject-to” strategy as well that we will be marketing out for deals)-Which PM software is the most cost efficient?

I have been hearing people say COZY is a good software for Landlords to collect rent and have everything in place.

I am looking to purchase software package that offers multiple different calculators and evaluation tools.

I use it in combination with Zestimate, a rentmatch feature our software has, and rentals from the MLS. 

At least in my industry (software/tech), companies from Silicon Valley seem to be moving in on a monthly basis. 

There are plenty of youtube videos and free books on doing this, and you'll need to be slightly tech-savvy to do this online (there is also affordable software to help you for a small investment) - but this is one of the most legitimate players in this market that may be what you need to get started.

A few ways to go about it...a: Online...there are lots of property management software that can easily handle this, many for free e.g cozy, tenant cloud, unit dash, verticalrent etc.b: Pay into your bank account directly...ie they drive to your bank and deposit into your account.
