I ended up getting molding from lumber liquidators and it matches perfectly.Another online retailer, lightingdirect.com has really good prices on lighting and free delivery.For tile I ended up going with Home Depot as they had some styles I liked that were in my price range, but all the other above places have tile too.Another good source of info is to ask your contractor where they shop, good luck!

Most of them I can get rent ready insanely cheap by just putting a crew of my hourly guys in them for 2-3 days and have them rent ready to match the neighborhoods, decent but dated (if that makes sense).

I'd suggest working a smaller area that you aren't competing with them to purchase.We sold one in Jacksonville a few weeks back and the hedge fund actually replaced brand new carpet because it didn't match the color scheme they wanted.
