Hello all,I own a piece of land that we plan to build on. in order to save some money and be close to my construction site I would like to rent a manufactured home and have it placed on my land Prior to and during this build. 

Our legal bills for 506(b)s have been in that range, legal services aren't cheap if you go for the good ones

So, two pieces of good news in this: 1. vacancy will happen, and it's certainly more frustrating when it happens so fast, but it won't change the overall potential for the property, and 2. the tenant abandoned rather than stopped paying rent in an environment where we can't evict right now!

You need to piece meal this together to get the best deal.

There is not a single piece of literature produced by RDPD that isn't designed to upsell to something else that you "need" that's essential, and 'only they can provide'. 

I might actually be able to buy something  besides a piece of junk in California.

I am interested to know if the code is specific to have the NM wire cover being a plastic/pvc cover, and if those wires from the 60's have the right gauge by code.
