The second problem here that I've encountered with lenders that are willing to underwrite multiple parcels as separate to loans - two of the buildings are studio/small 1br cabins with footprints of ~500sqft.

The estate is currently being sold by 4 separate siblings and i think it is priced high if it is just the house, but not sure how to value or what to offer because of the lot rent income.
