I called the local police department's financial crimes unit and they said since the claim is less than $5000 it would be a civil (not criminal) matter and they said that I should contact an attorney.My question:  Is anyone in this group (or someone you know) in the same situation with the Century 21 Hill Minger Agency?

Jackson MS MemphisIndy  KC  on and on and on.. so I get it for sure.. and I am not the wholesale police.. my asking my regulator was to find out how this state dealt with the issue and its pretty evident that the flyer I sent in from someone who did not own the house and was not licensed.. they opened an investigation and that person is now licensed I think they give you one pass depending on how you act and what you have done.I have one of my team who came to me because here in Oregon he stuck a sign in the yard and the neighbor wanted the house he knew my guy did not own it.. and that neighbor filed a complaint. and that one was a Donny brook cost my guy over 10k in legal fees and so I fund all his stuff now.. 

It is hard to tell what's going to happen in the Danville (Casino) area, but from what I hear, the casino plan would bring in over 1000 jobs, new police precinct short term goal and actively trying to get other companies to move in to the area for long term goal.
