I would not have leased out the structural components that way. as they are items that are not typically removed from a home; however, if you wanted to do that with appliances, I can't argue that one.Sounds to me as though she did not quite necessarily know exactly what was needed for this audit.Many auditors start with your summary sheet and do a sample of the expenses. they will select a percentage of the items on the summary sheet and check for their accuracy within the supporting documents.
