Your suggestion seems an intriguing one, though part of me wonders if the out of state registration might have its status put into question if push came to shove in a law suit.

What I also appreciate about Paula's blog is that she calls out a lot of stuff that people make excuses about in respect to pushing themselves and making tough decisions to save money and make certain sacrifices.

Most of the time there's no equity and they are very angry ask me how I know ;)Read, ask specific questions, read, ask specific questions then take action and don't stop pushing forward till you close your first deal.
