If that was true, I reasoned, then a market niche should exist that would let a man make a respectable living -without- being corrupt.I know, we're all just people, and we're mostly not corrupt. but, given the way the real estate market and practices were being illustrated back then, can you blame me for thinking the way I did?

I would suggest purchasing in a high single family area also because it will have higher owner occupied properties, lower turnover rates, and overall a much quieter area where people will respect your property.

I do like Cardone but I also can take some issues with him... as much as I respect brash and bravado and a very no nonsense style, he sometimes creeps over into being an *** and I'm just not down with that.
