Considering the fact that finding a reputable independent wholesaler is a tall order was curious if people have ever found a good deal using an agent through these wholesale companies? 

The stronger your network the stronger your value.Don't forget reputation is everything, having strong comps that support your research on the subject properties you come across will be vital in bringing value to those you encounter.

I would like to know of any reputable Title companies in the Maryland Area.

In addition to that, the best resource for you in cases where a municipality is giving you grief is to contact the state MHCA (manufactured housing community association) and find out who is the appropriate attorney with the requisite experience. 

They got a plumber and reputable water remediation company to deal with it.
