As a reminder, a completed Rental Registration Program application is required at the initial registration of the property and registration updates will continue to be required within 30 days of a change in occupancy or tenancy.

Remind the tenant that they are responsible for utility usage and must monitor the home and report problems immediately.

Going to the bank to pay rent is a regular reminder they are giving their landlord money.

There's apparently a "Texas Cash Out Refinance" which I don't know anything about, except that it reminds me of Texas Hold 'Em... like your interest rate on a cash out refinance in Texas is based on rolling a dice or getting dealt a good hand.

If anyone stops me or comes to my door that is what I will remind them, and plan not to deviate from it.
