v=2BNfRtb7TgY I've had people try to 'negotiate' away their PMI with me using a BofA quote (I've seen that article you linked many times, it was a great paid advertisement ahem excuse me 'news article' that went viral), and it's always identical to LPMI given the pricing on the day the "no PMI" Loan Estimate was generated.

I encourage you to read this last article not done reading but Perhapps May have lots of information to some of the answers your concerned for.

Then they might consider working with you in a case like that.If you mean physical auction properties, then again, do the due diligence for the investor. 

I've been reading articles a lot the past year on flipping houses, especially here on biggerpockets, and i'm excited to get the opportunity to flip my first house down the road.

I've seen an few articles which say it is possible but nothing comprehensive.

I find that when I physically write something down it "sticks" more.
