I would say that if you could get the permits or zoning for the B&B that you would be fine.

I'd just go down to the Codes department and look at the permits and plans that were pulled at construction. 

HOWEVER,  I made a huge mistake as I didn't have it permitted and that story is pending....wish me luck!  

Although I could move out and turn my 3 doors into 6 doors, zoning restrictions require getting permits after you hit a certain number of strangers renting out the same house.So, I think I will keep the same setup I currently have today.
