I am going to be local but I am a traveling RN and wanted to set up base so I took a 3 month contract in Columbus so I could get this property and set up property management and systems so I can receive passive income.

I would then also need to habe the house moved, setup, skirting, stairs etc VS just buying from a dealer and having them take care of all that I can’t remember how much it was but remember being surprised how little markup there was

It's going to be a short term rental, 2 unit setup = There's a 1200SqFt, 1944 2/1 on the front of the property and a 850SqFt, 2017 1/1 on the back end of the lot.

Seems like one of the better deals in the city and I love (which some people may not) how dense it is packed in there, no landscaping, no plowing, absolutely love some of these old Worcester setups that would never be allowed these days.

So maybe you are being a little too aggressive...timeline goes like 1) prospective renter contacts you 2) you both set up a time to show/view house 3) if the prospective tenant is interested, then you send them your rental application.
