I'm devouring the podcast.I'm a yoga student and teacher by trade and passion, with a background in marketing and advertising (first in the corporate setting, and more recently as a freelancer/entrepreneur).

I have watched several videos and read articles about using a HELOC to pay down your mortgage.

Please Help BP ... the other day I came across a video by @Brandon Turner but now I can't find it for the world! 

They are very responsive, generate a video every time they go to the property for a service call and their tenant screening is great.For bigger apartment complexes Trinity Multifamily is really good. been working with their regional manager for the past few months targeting different acquisitions.

Hello all,We currently use Evolve Vacation rentals and they do not have the ability to load drone videos or any other video for that matter on their website. 

I've spent countless amount of hours watching webinars and videos to educate myself.

I think where is fell short is the fact that a professional narrator cannot match the passion of the actual author.
