What systems have you used to keep yourself organized?

Don't get stuck on the "development phase" let your business grow organically.

A designated broker overseas those above, but a self-employed broker may represent you directly.All of the above may or may not be Realtors which is a separate organization different from State licensing.A mortgage broker/banker assists in lending.

Also, slow delivery/responses to RFIs, PCOs, submittals and schedule updates - an organized project is a successful project.

Auction.com itself is a reputable and straight forward organization.

This Thursday night's meeting could be right up your alley with a presentation from someone who has grown a large buy and hold portfolio in Rochester from the ground up.  

There have been a couple of Fairfield meetups recently, organized by @Jonathan Makovsky.

If it takes you, say, ten years to pay off that loan, whatever investment you (safely) make now will probably have grown into something nice by that time.

If it is a big organization  what about resubmitting the loan so it goes through another underwriter?
