Just 3-6 months ago, crypto was the hot new thing with a lot of BP'ers chastising conservative-minded folks like myself for not jumping on the crypto train. 

@Andy Mirza It may be normal and the easiest thing to do, but I never recommend to my clients that they use quitclaims for non-arms length transactions such as you describe.I have an ongoing situation in Texas right now where there are 3 lawyers (I'm one of them) trying to work out a mess caused by a quitclaim deed that would not even be an issue had the parties used a Special Warranty Deed 10 years back when one of the parties was trying to save a few bucks and used a quitclaim deed form they had in their files.In my opinion, quitclaim deeds are often misused.

I did my dog's evaluation thru a local dog training club.

I have read every forum/post I could find about each one, but would love some pro's/con's type of feedback.I'm not willing to pay a huge upfront fee to get started, but okay with giving a split of my commissions and a small partnership/training start up fee.

It looks easy but what you don't know is how long the pilot trained to become good enough to take off and land without hurting or killing themselves.

You may pay from $1500 - $2000 to work with a quality firm that provides ongoing advisement with respect to proper usage of the tool within the IRS rules.

And they end up with expense creep from on-going repairs (low or no cash flow) or don't realize the cost of operations (which hurts cash flow).  

I know this is an older post but this an ongoing question for those that want to get into investing but also want to make a weekly paycheck while working on their REI business.
