Florida Mentor Show Down - 3 Options
I have been a residential real estate broker for 7 years, brokered over 1000 deals and actually made the cover of Realtor Magazine in 2012 view www.SellMyBizNow.com. But I moved on from Residential to Business Brokerage in 2012, and have now moved to Palm Beach, Florida. I have completed my Real Estate Broker Courses here and just waiting to take the test, when it dawned on me!
I don't want to do Traditional Real Estate anymore! I want to be one of these no-money down (zero to hero) success stories. I figure if a novice can do it maybe I will have a competitive edge. So I have started seeking out a mentor to help me kick start my business here and get my marketing systems up and running. I have narrowed it down to 3 potential mentors and would love your feedback on each. I have read every forum/post I could find about each one, but would love some pro's/con's type of feedback.
I'm not willing to pay a huge upfront fee to get started, but okay with giving a split of my commissions and a small partnership/training start up fee. The 3 mentors im looking into are as follows:
- http://www.lexlevinrad.com/distressed-real-estate-... (local here in SE Florida, wrote a popular book on Amazon)
- https://www.freedommentor.com/apprentice/ (Also in Miami and wrote a popular book on Amazon)
- http://coachingbypeter.com/ seems to be legit, few good/few bad comments but seems to be actively doing deals.
Whats your feedback or suggestions?
