At this point the Lifestyles company is mainly trying to build (pushing) the multifamily side of things, which is its strong  suit.  

If your approaching this from the standpoint of leasing the building out to an ALF company.  

If you know of any property management companies you could also try calling them to see if they have any homes that are the same size and what they rent for when they are available.

Last year my wife and I made the BEST decision ever to fire our 3rd party property manager and create our own in house property management company for our 131 rental properties!

If the latter, I came across this company Hazardhub.com via my day job that has pretty powerful stuff for the US.

My company purchases homes, renovates and sells them.

Some mortgage servicing companies will allow a "one time recast" meaning the borrower will pay down a large sum and then re-amortize the loan based on the new mortgage amount. 

We don't need assistance with financing and will very likely use a property management company (even though we self-manage in the US).Thanks!
