A group home officially?

We also stayed under budget, which was really important to us (and caused a lot of fights, lol)It is officially up on Airbnb, and our first guests checked in on Monday for a week long stay. 

Does anyone have any advice as to how I could officially do this so I can get a good estimate on wood would need to be done.

I would never respond to buyers requests for repairs that aren’t on an official addendum that says do this or the deals off. 

Closing Costs: The cost and fees associated with the official change in ownership of the property and with obtaining the mortgage, which are assessed at closing or settlement.

The building official said it was no big deal and he would work with us after we bought the house.  

I haven’t gotten official estimates, but say the total cost of the project would likely be around 3 mil.Do I need a commercial real estate agent?

I am not sure what sort of record keeping Cozy does, but I am sure it is probably pretty good. in the future, as I continue to grow, I am going to strongly consider getting a more official means of collecting rent. most of my tenants use the two services I mentioned, already.

The property is now officially on their radar and getting them in as soon as possible not only will tell you exactly what the require; but it can remove the target off your back some.They can be nice guys.
