I'm wondering if anyone could tell me how I would/could go about getting financing from a hard money lender or a private money lender? I'm not sure the best way of finding these types of lenders in my area so any advi...

Immediately after my separation from the military I worked a construction and landscaping job as a laborer for several months until I obtained my clearance to work as an overseas contractor. 

I had thought I had read somewhere a situation similar where the landlord was forced to put them up in a hotel til other housing was obtained.

You can obtain the property through the Trust.

I have had no issues obtaining financing using only certain members' credit when dealing in the commercial world.  

I also have in the past two years obtained my Real Estate License and Mortgage Loan Originator License, and have learned and closed on real estate transactions.

There may be safer ways to obtain the property rights. :)

I am also in the process of obtaining Real Estate license for the state of Georgia.
