BTW, it seems that it's no longer happening.In case where tenants have their own, they prefer it as they consider it cleaner and not contaminated.As to the issue of damages to the property, I owned a number of triplexes, and have to handle moves.

Work percentages of what needs to be paid back or paid to at close.2- Closing costs (assumed 6% fee and whatever legal costs to transfer full ownership of llc)3- Determine date of ownership takeover and remove all payments for already paid for stays so when we split the bank balance we are truly splitting everything earned up to that date and nothing after.4- Payments owed to cleaners/maintenance for work performed5- Airbnb and VRBO membership fees already paidAm I missing something?

Afternoon Everyone I’m looking at properties in pre-foreclosure estimated value is 465,000 original loan was for 326,463 the beauty is there’s 138,537 in equity the owner has been served an nod non payment of $17463....can someone walk me through how to make this work full disclosure I have not reach out to the owner yet just the details I was able to pullOr is it better to find something with a lower original loan and default can you purchase the default the default amount or does it because a discount off the original loan that the owner still has to pay?
