I am also taking a week long trip there in May to see for myself, but want to make the job a little more easier and narrow my focus to concentrate on only what I have on my list and not get overwhelmed with anything outside of my interest.Thank you guys so much!

One doesn’t end up cleaning houses for a living if they’ve lived a clean life on the straight and narrow.

I would narrow done potential markets first and then after you are set on one, you can drive the neighborhoods and become familiar with them before reaching out to a broker.
