Truth be told I've been self employed for 20+ years and have multiple endeavors going at any given time, with Real Estate always being one of them.  

I was listening to one of the biggerpocket podcasts last night and the guest mentioned that he took a commercial line of credit against multiple properties.

SO here is my question, IF I had multiple 401k accounts (1 vanguard 401k, 1 fidelity account, etc..) could I borrow 50k from each one?

It will show you independent agents that represent multiple companies and will shop for you. 

For many investors who own multiple properties the depreciation of one can be used to offset the income from the other properties as well.

There may be some risk if you foreclose on the property and the property becomes yours.From a tax perspective - holding tax liens likely won't generate ordinary income that is subject to self-employment taxes; which negates some benefits from an S-corp.

However if a PM's portfolio has multiple properties below your expectations then they are not a good fit. 

Also, your statement, "Current counter offer by seller is about 6% less then asking." tells me that you are not looking at the purchase price from an investor's perspective.

We went ahead with the purchase and couple of weeks later found out that there were multiple people on the title.
