Wholesalers have no shortage of buyers, it is sellers that are the problem thus they don't typically look for buyers in the forums, you might have better luck reaching out to them directly.

Sometimes there just aren't enough sellers or not enough sellers who want to sell at a discounted price.

Even if not, I'm considering selling the house to them via seller financing.
