On the other hand, if you are the type of person that is good at educating yourself fully on something, and you have the time and inclination to do this, I would recommend it, because then it will actually make it easier for you to hire property managers and know when they should be fired as well.3) Legal: Generally people hold real estate in an LLC.

Generally speaking the SAEDF is bound by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), which does include municipalities outside of Bexar County (like New Braunfels or Boerne), but the most, if not all, of the largest employers are based within Bexar County.

closing costs is a super general term that could involve all sorts of line items, so you really need to break down what fees and expenses you want to / your lender will allow to be financed, and what you have to pay in cash up front.I prefer to pay as much as possible up front, and usually I pay 100% of any Loan fees and closing costs at the time of a purchase or a refi.
