I would like to consider acquiring a property at a tax sale, and do not mind waiting out the 6-month redemption period, assuming the chances are high that I will indeed end up with the actual property at the end of the 6-months, if that makes sense?

I know some folks have built entire portfolios in ChiChester, but I don't have properties there myself.

Specifically, I want to know if short-term rentals are allowed and if there are any upcoming changes to these rules.

However, the property has a business on it and we wanted to know if loan offices will allow us taking over the business and using the previous revenue as projected income to help with the mortgage loan.

And who knows, maybe we'll be able to find a creative lender that would be willing to back our loan.
