The few I have been looking at are close to a military base which mean there really wont be a shortage of renters as there will always be the influx of service members looking for off base housing and offering a good place to live is always a plus.

Peter Davis I haven't had to deal with this yet due to being active duty military in CA so I was considered a "FL resident(born and raised)" still and since we have no state income tax had nothing to file.I am now out and a bon a fide CA resident for the 2013 tax year so I've researched a little on it thus far since this will be the first year in my entire life I have a state income tax.
