@Lance Trezona I like the targeted/more precise nature of that method. 

I can get connected with a few through my own real estate channels but would love to work with one who understands the BRRR method to the madness - ideally it would be great to take this person to the house and get an estimate on rehab costs. 

It gathers information from Airbnb, HomeAway & VRBO public website using proprietary data crawling methods. 

From your experience, is there a seasoning period to cash-out refinance into a conventional mortgage with this method?

I am looking to purchase a STR soon, and I'll probably incorporate all 3 methods to get the most exposure. 

I am also looking to use Turnkey  company or whatever method is recommending to do OOS investment in Colombus, Ohio or Milwaukee or IN.
