Let's see, a car maker can build a car that blows up or won't stop and they are allowed to continue building them because the human loss estimated is accepted based on the economic benefits, but the potential of having air borne lead particles from less than a two inch area around a door frame is a greater threat to public safety and is more economically feasible to contain?

I originally locked this property up with the seller (bank REO) for a set price and they "represented" that they were selling the entire property which contained the "home site" house, tennis court, pool, spa, etc) and the "ranch site" which contained the other parcels with improvements consisting of guest house, horse stables, barn, horse arenas, bridge, river, etc.As it turns out, this bank screwed up and when they did the loan, they only encumbered the "home site" and thus, when they foreclosed, only foreclosed on the "home site" and not the balance of the property.

There were two reasons I bought this lot... 1) for the city water and sewer, and 2) because there were no restrictions and therefore I could build RV sites AND site built or manufactured modern cabins, shipping container houses.
