I just hit my 10 finance loan limit for agency loans.  

My goals include:Obtaining my license by May 30th, employment with a real estate agency this summer (I get summers off with my current employer), and purchasing my first property by December to buy/hold and rent.

I am now ready to report him to the BBB, the Attorney General's office, and any other agency that helps to regulate this type of theft. 

My questions:1) I've heard on a recent podcast of someone buying a property and having the title agency use two titles - one in buyers name - one in the buyers LLC name.

Many of the reporting agencies offer free reports once per year, or you can use one of the free services like Credit Karma (just understand their limitations).When you're in school, many card companies will start sending you invitations if they haven't done so already.

Engineering is one thing, getting clearance from the many agencies and obtain the actual construction permits another one.

If you get an agent's license, you will still have to do a commission split with the agency.

What do you want to do and does that agency fit your plan? 

Each Section 8 agency has a checklist of inspection items on their website (usually) - and they're usually very similar.

I would file with the Calif board of RE to take the licenses of both brokers as being complicit in the fraud.After 4hrs of two lawyers from both agencies in the sellers home, the sale was consummated.The escrow agent ask "Why didn't you just walk away?"
