Hello Biggerpockets community!!

I am ecstatic to join this community, as I have listened to several podcasts and have attended a few webinars. I knew this was the right community to join after listening to podcast number 11 and following along with the Ultimate Beginner's Guide. I am new to real estate and am seeking some advice.

My goals include:

Obtaining my license by May 30th, employment with a real estate agency this summer (I get summers off with my current employer), and purchasing my first property by December to buy/hold and rent. I would like to receive insights and suggestions on this strategy.

Thank you!
