Does the basement suite have a separate entrance, and also, is it zoned as a rental or are you just doing it informally?

We ended up finding a perfect SFR with a mother-in-law suite above an attached garage with a separate entrance.

We have found the walk-in pantry, a coffee bar & an island if it fits are paramount as is the en-suite main bath & laundry on the 1st floor.

All floors into either hardwood (if existing) or luxury vinyl plank (totally waterproof).

Better bet: have it replaced yourself with a nice luxury vinyl plank.

I have also looked at a house with a legal suite downstairs.

My skills set is probably better suited for Appraiser, however I am open to learn sales or whatever is needed.
