@Nolan GonzalezThe most you'll probably spend money on is the EMD * Earnest Money Deposit* to lock in the contract with homeowner. and of course Gas lol if you're driving for dollar.

You would have to make a guaranteed 10% on your money just to get you to $12k...which in REI isn't much of a difference than $10k.Pretty much anything you could invest in wouldn't come close to 10%...and it would lock up those funds (see above)...or, you would get a better (still not worth it) return if you invested in something more risky.At this point, that dollar amount is probably worth more to you liquid.
