Is the BRRRR strategy my best option?

Hi all! I could really use some opinions! If you had 300,000 to invest in real estate how would you do it to build your portfolio sooner than later? Now I should tell you my money is tied up in an investment in a multifamily unit right now and I’m in the rehab/almost ready for a renter phase in BRRRRing this property. So far, so good. When I pull my money back out (which won’t be for a few months) what would you all do? I can only buy one or two properties a year at this pace unless I scaled down to small, single family homes which I’m not opposed to. Opinions please. And thank you!
