We have shut down all amenities except laundry, limited office hours, no vendors on-site unless for emergencies, only emergency work orders, not accepting package deliveries.We have waived late fees and everywhere I own evictions have be disallowed until we get through this.I'm sure I'm forgetting something but that's a lot of what we are doing.

I don't plan on letting anyone not pay rent but if they need to stretch it out we may do something like waive late fees, etc.
