I'd recommend setting up Keyword Alerts for topics you are well familiar with (perhaps "Realtor" or "agent") so you can jump into those conversations and help, or topics you want to know more about.

Be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for some terms you wanna be kept in the loop about - either stuff you want to know more about or things you want to help answer questions about.
