I wouldn't be as wary if the deal rejections were more structured and consistent.

Sorry if I sound like I'm venting but this has been heavy on my mind for the past 3 months.If there is anyone In the Long Island area who would Like to meet up personally please don't be afraid to ask and help a young motivated individual make the right decision. 

It's a bigger chunk but HOA's that collect and maintain consistently are the ones that don't get run down.

My goal was to take the practice tests until I was scoring consistently 85-90% which is what I did.  

Also, we will be locating to North Whidbey Island so my best assumption is that we will be focusing on properties on the island and around Mount Vernon mainly.
