Currently, I am using all the web apps out there to look at homes in my area and networking with local investors.

I know of Craigslist, MLS <I have a agent that would put it on the mls for me>, ads etc...does anyone there is there a App that has a data base of potential renters that I can choose from that already had all the screening done/background/rental history/credit check that I would pay for but I do not have to worry about advertising or talking to a agent?

Use apps like MilesIQ to keep track of it.

Hi everyone, is anyone using an automated follow up app/service?  

I'm driving for dollars, and want to know if anybody knows of an app to log all my findings.  

I just posted it twice because the bigger pockets app on my phone didn't let me tag correctly.

Another red flag is that each one wanted me to fill out a loan app a quickly as possible to "get the process started".
