Permitting upgrades was interesting, because of their size, there are multiple code violations that were "excused" since they are grandfathered and the inspector could not recommend a solution.

Obviously it would be in the Buyers best interest to have all disclosures and previous reports on hand before the Buyer pays to have multiple inspectors look at the home.

Seems unlogical to take a property that I paid for at the bottom of the market and then take the equity and buy at the top of the market, but if I can own multiple properties or do something else with it then maybe the higher debt amount doesn't matter?
