Figured I’d do a cheap smart phone with a hot spot so I can have the system connected to the internet and notify me of any motion detection near the side people keep breaking into.Would also be great if it was a camera motion sensor spot light that maybe also did an audible alarm noise or maybe I can even communicate verbally through it.Sounds crazy but pretty sure there’s spotlight camera that does that.Probably need 4 cameras total.Any recommendations?

If you don't know where to look for hard money, you can start with a simple internet search "[name of town] hard money lender".Then make a few calls, get an idea what people charge, and if they expect you to have some capital up front, and go from there.

You need to speak and an attorney who specialized in syndicated real estate.Read everything you can find on the internet about syndicating real estate deals because the laws and the math is fairly complicated.

There are many out there, but not so much on the internet, I’ve met plenty at the REIAs and in other investor circles.Visit the next real estate tax auction at the county courthouse.

I'm not trying to be a pain and trying to state it without looking like a troll(very hard on the internet sometimes), but what I was saying is defining hard money is hard, and being licensed is not 100% necessary depending on location.
