Market Rent in Smaller Towns
Hey, so I had a question that I'm sure some of you have dealt with. I'm going to purchase my first investment property and understand how to analyze deals + already have a good lender. My question is what's the best way to find a market rent in a smaller town? There's a ~20-30k population here but yet nothing on zillow/apartments.com/the internet. I'm pretty sure the vast majority of people find places through word of mouth or seeing a for rent sign.
