I house hacked for almost two years and saved a significant amount and I am hoping to invest in my next investment soon.

I like it better than traditional mailers because of the photograph of the house you are targeting. 

I like buying the 30k to 40k houses from motivated owners for cash and fixing them up to keep as rentals.

They have 4 main divisions: Acquisitions, Property Management, Retail, and In-House investor-friendly lending.

We just bought our first house hack and it needs some rehabbing.

@Allan Smith Where do you think the labor force will opt for housing?

I managed a budies house in a strict HOA and he was continuously being sent bills for fines from things like parking on street or leaving trash cans on the street after trash day.I personally will never buy an investment property where there is an HOA.
