Hello everyone, I hope you are well.Quick snapshot of situationI was fortunate enough to find a deal in the south florida market (Fort Lauderdale) where the sellers were looking to retire but were house rich/cash poor.

I'm hoping to gain more insight in these areas, and make agent, contractor, investor and lender connections.

With the hopes of scaling, and being able to fix and flip. 

Hopes of purchasing #2 duplex end of the year.
