@Joe Zinger  Hi Joe, I actually do both right now and the only suggestion I have is to make sure that the brokerage you chose to hang your license with will allow you to have more than 1-3 rentals.

To activate, simply means to hang your license with a brokerage.

Only after you feel like you’re really getting the hang of this should you think about using it with your best potential investors.By the way, keep in mind that this is not the World Series Game 7, OK?

As  you will learn quickly, hanging around people who have no interest in real estate is a distraction.

1) If an investor were to have their license solely for the purpose of saving or earning commission when buying and selling property, what would be the best broker to hang their license at in order to reduce the amount they split with the broker? 

But I would add that is doesn't matter where the investor/Realtor hangs their hat for brokerage sponsorship.

This way I know that if you get upset or don't like doing this that you wont just walk away and leave me hanging with a D class property.

Im just getting into real estate I’ve  learned a handful of things but should I get started on wholeselling first just to get the hang of pitching sells or what should I do first 

These two need to cooperate in terms of getting the unit re rented as quickly as possible so they can both go on their merry way without the shadow of extra months (typically at least two if these are remaining on their current lease) hanging their heads.
