Hi,As the title suggests I’m a newbie looking for advice on getting started in the WNC (Asheville) area or eastern Tennessee area.

I am hoping to get a lot of response on what is being use out there that other agents love and would highly recommend.

We bought for 200k I know there is a good bit of equity but didn’t get appraisal (~350k).

You don't need to have an agent (although that would be great, but it's not a good use of their time until you are pre-approved and ready) because there are Open Houses every weekend in every market.

I am bad for getting analysis paralysis and have been searching for a couple months and have made a couple offers but none have been accepted yet. 

I ended up living here longer because I got into real estate full time and didn't have the energy to finish fixing up, but moved out a couple months ago and it's almost ready to rent out as 2 units for Airbnb's or mid-term.

I don't know if I should even try to get it under contract.

We are excited to be in the Lowcountry and can't wait to experience nice weather year around.I have recently retired from my previous job and am thinking about getting into Real Estate full time.
