I won't use a handy man to work on a gas connection or do electrical because it is a safety hazard. 

Its also my opinion that if or when gas prices and interest rates rise, housing prices will fall.  

@Ellie KangIf I am reading this right it would be like all of the gas stations in an area agreeing to charge no less than $5.50 a gallon to preserve profit for each of them.

Electric usually costs a lot more to operate than gas.  

I think gas heating is better as it is cheaper to heat.

I am about close escrow for a unit with wall mount gas fired boiler providing hot water and water radiator for heating.

For the pennies I pay for them- I leave them in bathrooms at target, libraries, gas pups...Not constantly obviously.

Many situations could warrant this - as an example, in your area, there are a lot of people in the oil & gas industry.  

Manolo I actually anticipate a market correction in the next year or two but the neighborhood I'm in ain't no North Dakota it's a long established family working class neighborhood on the upswing. new gas stations and developments close to the house and very close to public transportation (Marta) I don't anticipate any huge depreciation or appreciation in value or the rents anytime soon but I am prepared for it mentally.

Or could I get a super bad *** natural gas one that might handle big volume?
