Do all investors like paying for crap work.

Is it my area or just the investors I've met that don't want quality work. I wish I could post pictures of this work that is considered done. And I would really love to put them on blast but that's not my style and I actually have pryde in what I do. Please tell me I'm not losing my mind. I'm talking fire hazards, decks that are done that I was scared to walk on. Texturing over wood paneling? Metal roofs that are not properly put down that almost took me off the roof with it. I would really like to meet investors near me but not if they are creating a hazard for another human being. I've met 4 in my area and every one is exactly the same as the last. I won't do it. And maybe I'm to honest and that's why it doesn't work out but at the end of the day I will not do the type of work those investors wanted and I will tell you what problems you will have and that it looks like ****. Am I missing something and don't understand this game y'all are playing.
