I would sell now while the market is high and go buy STRs where they welcome them.....fighting City Hall is a long losing game.....

Rent increases and appreciation seem to be the name of the game in my market currently.

At the end of the day, its really a numbers game. 

Then get in to the game. 

I know I can be successful in the RE game, but trying to be cautious before making a mistake that will leave a deep scare.

This may not work if you have to give notice etc but everyone involved from the judge to the bailiff new what was going on and the games that were being played and helped get it done.

Also i just closed on my first duplex and I’m excited to be getting into the rental game making me a landlord at the age of 25 .I’m motivated and looking to expand my portfolio to 1 to 5 duplex…5 to 10 and with god willing i hope i will hit my goal .
